Jürgen Dollase just gave us the 3 stars of the F.A.Z. with a very good and enthusiastic article about our new book “Manifeste Gourmand des Herbes Folles” : He depicts to perfection our intention to use gastronomy and the forage plants, as a door towards a better understanding of our environment, as well as a good piece of laughter on history, litterature and science, which can be as healthy as the molecules these plants can bring to our health.
Simple stories about simple plants which can bring us such an incredible pleasure ; as to better understand botanic or the good they can bring to our health, there is no such a good teacher than our stomach !
