– Passage to organic production, for a vineyard, an orchard, and a vegetable production; recreation of soil straight from mother rock, with symbiotic sporulation and bacterial support.
– Depollution and mycoremediation of remanent pesticides and agro-chemicals
– Propagation of wild medicinals for essential oil towards a sustainable revenue with less work and more wilde spaces.
– training on weeds and wild plants to reach food security and autonomy for the farm, even in non productive periods & development of high valued niche markets with gastronomic restaurants.
